Our Team

HAT GLOBAL NIGERIA LIMITED is blessed with a crop of dynamic Chartered Accountants committed to professional excellence; the company parades five Chartered Accountants in her management team.

We equally have technical experts in the engineering field. The expatriate is in charge of our after sales service of the generators.

The profiles of the management team are given as follows:-

HAKEEM ADISA TOLUWALOJU, FCA, CFA, ACTI- CHAIRMAN/CEO
He is a 1982 graduate of Accountancy from Birmingham Polytechnic United Kingdom and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate Member Association of Business Executives, United Kingdom, Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. In 1999 he completed an MBA Course at Esut Business School Lagos.

He is equally a qualified Forensic Accountant.

In 1988 he joined Bredero Nigeria Limited, a Construction Company from Netherlands that built the famous 1004 flats in Victoria Island, Lagos. It is the same company that built Sheraton Hotels and Tower in Abuja.

Mr. Adisa Toluwaloju was the Chief Accountant of Bredero Nigeria Limited. He left Bredero Nigeria Limited in 1990 to join Daily Need Industry as a Finance Manager.

By 1992 he secured another appointment with H.F.P Engineering Nigeria Limited, a Construction outfit that built the famous Victoria Garden City and Dolphin Estate as the Chief Accountant.

Towards the end of 1994, he left H.F.P Engineering Nigeria Limited to set up Hakeem Adisa Toluwaloju & Co. (a firm of Chartered Accountants) Alhaji H.A. Toluwaloju is a Director in Generator Warehouse Limited and OT & T Global Ventures Limited.

AVI HAMER -TECHNICAL CONSULTANT
A mechanical engineer and graduate of Israel’s “Teknion” Institute of Science and Technology-Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, in the year 1974.

Mr. Hamer, an expert in the area of Diesel engines, has acquired a wide working experience with multinational firms started his career with Israel’s `Solel Boneh’ – Civil Engineering and Construction Company, heading the divisions of earth moving equipment, and tower cranes.

Leaving Israel, he joined the American International “LIBEER” Group, specializing in Assembly and Erection of tower cranes; there he headed the tower and Hydraulic crane company.

In 1986 he was offered the position of Head of Technical Division for
H & Z Construction Company, Kenya. The company was recognized to have been the largest in its sector in all of East Africa; he held this position till 1998.

Also in Kenya, years 1989-1992, he served as a Plant Manager for the Creek overseas giant – ‘ISSAIS’ Construction Company, specialized in Road Construction.

Mr. Hamer’s experience in Nigeria started in 1992 when he was appointed as Plant Manager with Solel Boneh. Nig. Ltd., a Road Construction, Building and Civil Engineering Company, and provided the technical supervision and support for the Companies’ heavy equipment and machinery engaged in projects throughout Delta and Edo States.

Mr. Hamer later on joined Lordmart Nigeria Limited to head the Workshop division – concentrating in the power generation equipment’s diesel engines and providing the technical support, and know-how for the wide range of backup services, repair and overhauling for this power engineering/generator giant.

BATTAH NDIRPAYA –B.Sc. CHIEF ENGINEER
Battah was a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from University of Nigeria Nsukka. Along the line, he picked up interest in Electrical Engineering and consequently joined ABB a renowned energy company worldwide.

He worked with the company for a period of 7 years.

Between 1991 and 1992 he had a brief spell with Julius Berger Nigeria Plc. a quoted company on the Nigeria Stock Exchange. He left for Occidental Engineering Limited in 1992 as its Managing Director and later moved to Axe head & Company, a consultancy outfit in 1994 as its Managing Consultant. He was there till 1997 before he became the General Manager Group Operations of Bewac/VYB Group, a position he held before joining HAT GLOBAL NIGERIA LIMITED.

BASHIR OLOKO (FCA) -FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Bashir is 1980 graduate of accountancy from The Polytechnic, Ibadan and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Between 1981 and 1982 he was the Financial Accountant of Jerimola Nigeria Enterprises.

By March 1982 he left this enterprise for Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State as an accounting Officer, a position he held till June 1983. By July 1983 he was promoted to the post of Accountant and had to leave the Corporation for West African Batteries Limited Ibadan as the company’s Cost and Management Accountant.

He joined HAT GLOBAL NIGERIA LIMITED in May 2000.

EMMANUEL AJAYI ADIGUN – TECHNICAL ENGINEER
Mr. Adigun, a Nigerian, obtained a Diploma (Mechanical Engineering) from Israel Technical College, Israel in 1964. He further acquired an Aircraft Maintenance Engineers’ License in 1968 from United Kingdom. He also attended T. Engineering Council of Engineering Institution in Britain.

Mr. Adigun is an Associate Fellow, Society of Licensed Aircraft Engineers and Technologists in Britain and a member of The Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

Mr. Adigun started his early training from 1961-1964 in Israel in Mechanical Engineering. Joined Nigeria Airways Limited in 1965 as Workshop Engineer.

Further training in Britain 1967-1968 in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering where he obtained Aircraft Maintenance Engineers’ Licenses in Categories ‘A’ and ‘C’ Airframe and Engine Maintenance and Category ‘D’ Engine Overhaul (The only Nigerian Engineer with Category ‘D’ License in the entire Nigerian Airways Corporation).

Leaving Nigeria Airways Limited in 1970 to Delta Air Charter, he has gain further experience as head of the later, Engine Maintenance and Overhaul Division. He was promoted Chief Engineer (Delta Air Charter) in 1973 and appointed Ag. General Manager in 1976 before returning to Nigeria Airways Limited as Maintenance Workshop Manager in 1977.

Amongst his acknowledged achievements was: the development of workshop facilities for the repair and overhaul of Aircraft Engines, Auxiliary Power Units (APU), Pneumatic and Hydraulic components (including test stands and cells for performance and integrity tests after overhaul), the improvement of the facilities in the Mechanical Workshops to include nitrogen generating plant, non-destructive testing of materials using Eddy Current, ultrasonic and magnaflux equipment; generating sets, pumps and compressor maintenance and overhaul; central, package and split unit A/C maintenance.

Mr. Adigun attended many international conference and seminars such as those sponsored by Garret Air Research, USA and Germany, Boeing Aircraft Manufacturers and MacDonald Douglas of America , United Technologies/Pratt and Whitney Aircraft Engine Manufacturers, Engineering and Maintenance Conference organized by General Electrics in Cincinnati Ohio, USA. Series of Maintenance Management and Maintenance Information System Courses in the United Kingdom and America including Management Performance Improvement Course organized for Nigeria Airways senior Managers by the Nigerian Institute of Management. Voluntarily retired from Nigeria Airways Limited in 1989 as Mechanical Workshop Manager.

A founding partner of Engineering Maintenance and Allied Services Limited (EMAS) a position he held before joining HAT GLOBAL NIGERIA LIMITED.

LEKAN LASISI HND, ACA, ACTI
Lekan was 1982 graduate of Civil Engineering from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos. Along the line, he picked up interest in accountancy and consequently joined KPMG formerly called Peat Marwick, Ani Ogunde & Co. a firm of Chartered Accountants.

He worked with the firm for a period of 7 years during which period he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989.

Between 1991 and 1992 he had a brief spell with Interstate Securities Limited a member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and subsidiary of Interstate Merchant Bank Limited.

He left for Occidental Finance and Securities Limited in 1992 as its Managing Director and later moved to Axe head & Company, a consultancy outfit in 1994 as its Managing Consultant. He was there till 1997 before he became the General Manager Group Operations of Bewac/VYB Group in 1997, a position he held before joining HAT GLOBAL NIGERIA LIMITED. Also as part of the company’s expansion programme he is currently training as software Engineer with NIIT, Lagos.

MICHAEL ALABI HND, ACA, ACTI
Michael attended Federal School of Science Ikoyi and got enrolled with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria after the successful completion of his HSC programme.

Before joining HAT GLOBAL NIGERIA LIMITED, he had worked with Ogundairo & co. a firm of Chartered Accountants for a period of five years. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

JOHNSON ROKOSU ACA
He joined HAT GLOBAL NIGERIA LIMITED in May 2009 as company secretary.
